I couldn't be happier with my dogs' care at GVAH. In a time when a lot of vet practices are turning into cold, money hungry corporate vet practices, GVAH still is your caring local, hometown vet practice. All of the office staff and techs are warm, welcoming and loving. I love Dr. Amy - she has done three successful minor surgeries on my dogs in the last year as well as all of their routine care. She is thoughtful, thorough and always explains her decisions. When my Deo died suddenly, Amy just sat with me for 15 minutes in the office and we just talked. That was very compassionate. Now, there is a new puppy and she has a UTI and GVAH squeezed her in to have Dr. Amy look at her on a very busy day. That is the kind of vet and veterinarian you are looking for. The corporate vet practice would have scheduled us for the next week when they had an opening. Thank you GVAH.
